Victoria’s Secret on the Receiving End of Lawsuit; Sued by Juicy Couture over Pink Brand

Fashion Law’s big story of the day is the lawsuit filed by Juicy Couture (now a division of Liz Claibourne, Inc.) against Victoria’s Secret Stores Brand Management Inc.  The Pink brand is again at the center of this lawsuit.  Fashion Lawyer recently posted about Victoria’s Secret suing Macy’s for trademark infringement over the Pink brand.

Project Runway Court Conflict

Bravo’s parent company, NBC Universal filed a breach of contract suit against Harvey Weinstein yesterday in state court in Manhattan over a conflict arising out of popular fashion reality TV show, Project Runway (New York Times).  Weinstein is the Project Runway’s producer.
